These Terms govern your use of "Daftar Jamiya" ("the app"), a record-keeping tool that helps administrators organize rotating savings groups (jamiyas) and lets their members track their own subscription. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.
Daftar Jamiya is an organizational and record-keeping tool only. It does not hold, transfer, guarantee, or process any money between an administrator and their group members. All actual payments and payouts happen directly between the administrator and members, outside the app, using whatever method they agree on. The app does not act as a bank, escrow agent, payment processor, or guarantor for any jamiya, and is not responsible for members' commitment to pay, for an administrator's distribution of collected funds, or for any dispute arising between them.
Some administrator features require an active paid service plan, shown on the login page, billed as described at time of purchase. Payments made through the iPhone app (when In-App Purchase is enabled) are handled and refunded according to Apple's App Store policies. Payments made through the website follow the payment provider's own terms. Access to premium features ends if the associated service period expires and is not renewed; existing data is preserved and access resumes upon renewal, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We may update these Terms occasionally; continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss, dispute, or damage arising from the use of the app, including losses related to a jamiya's internal payment arrangements between its members and administrator.
You may stop using the app or permanently delete your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
